Customer Repairs Customer service in our priority, so when a repair is needed, we aim to do it as quickly and as efficiently as possible with minimal disruption to your business operations. From our repairs workshop in Sywell (near Northampton) we offer FREE estimates on the majority of personal computers,laptops, terminals and printers. We operate on a No Fix, No Fee basis. We offer two types of repair service: Ashby Standard You can either call us on 01604 790979 to book a repair in or drop by our Sywell office with your faulty equipment. Once we have your item, we will assess the problem, and within 3 working days will forward an estimate of cost to repair it and how long it will take. Ashby Priority For more urgent repairs, we offer a priority service. For this we will collect your faulty item, fix it and deliver it back to you. Serving Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Ashby Computers Services are computer specialists you can call on and rely on to fix computer problems.
Customer Maintenance We offer third party maintenance agreements which are tailored to meet your exact requirements – from single machines through to large networked systems with all manufacturers and models, we can provide a maintenance service agreement to suit. As a Northamptonshire based business, we concentrate our maintenance agreements within the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas to ensure delivery of a quality service with an excellent turnaround time. Our maintenance agreements offer a choice of guaranteed response times; from an economical 8 hour service down to 4 or even 2 hours for critical applications. When you need us and when we say we will be there, we will be, on time, every time. Telephone assistance is available to resolve minor faults quickly with a minimum of fuss. Computer Upgrades Our upgrade services offer an affordable solution to keeping up with advances in computer technology. Having the latest computer software does not always mean having to replace your computer, and it can often be more cost effective to simply upgrade your machine. Use us to install and configure your hardware and software upgrades. You will find our advice invaluable and we are always happy to help.
