Server Support We don't just sell you a server. After your server has been installed and the necessary software configured, we will thoroughly test the system to make sure it is working to its maximum capabilities. In the event something does require attention, our server maintenance agreements offer a choice of guaranteed response times, from an economical 8 hour service down to 4 or 2 hours for critical applications. Telephone assistance is also available to resolve minor faults quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
